The psoas is arguably the most influential skeletal and postural muscle of the body. It links the spine, diaphragm, and legs, acting as a messenger between the inner self and the outer world. While the psoas muscle is extraordinarily sensitive and responsive, we often find it difficult to feel or locate it within the body, and often it is the culprit for chronic hip pain, back pain, and digestive issues. Amir's workshop can help you learn how to maintain proper flexibility and functionality of the psoas, and create a psoas maintenance routine. Suitable for all people - no yoga experience necessary.
