Join Orit for a four-week series this summer to focus on these areas, and set yourself up to move through life with flexibility, ease, and confidence. Begin each session with a gentle warm-up, followed by a walking practice and simple exercises to promote a focused mind and a restful being. Open to any level. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!
