A four-week series to find deep peace through Yoga Nidra, a practice that invites you to lie down in comfortable support and allow your mind to be gently guided through a deeply meditative relaxation. Each session begins with intention-setting, and proceeds with steadily guided imagery focusing systematically on one particular part of the body at a time, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed throughout the mind, body, and spirit.
