Cool off in our beautiful new space and move with the gentle flows of Qigong and Tai Chi, coordinating body, breath and mind in a meditative dance with nature. In this workshop we will focus on having fun and keeping it simple with a few of these practices. No previous Qigong or Tai chi experience is required.
