Join Baxter Bell, MD as he returns to Sun & Moon to share practices and insights to cultivate power and stability in the body and mind for our changing times. Sessions will focus on building strength, stamina and stability from the ground up, as well as the balancing effects of quiet poses and meditation on overall well-being and health. Topics include The Fortitude of Feet (Friday evening), Pleased with Power of Your Knees (Saturday's first afternoon session), The Power of Quiet (Saturday's second afternoon session, and Powering the Body for a New Era (Sunday afternoon).
