Join us at the Fairfax Studio for an afternoon of sustenance for mind, body and spirit to help you establish or deepen contemplative practices. Spend a winter afternoon exploring intentional silence at our lovely Fairfax Studio. This half-day workshop provides an opportunity for meditation and mindfulness as well as gentle, guided movement and periods of intentional silence. Wrap-up the retreat with a sound healing session featuring peacefully employed gong, chimes, and crystal bowl tones. Accessible for all whether meditation-curious or an established practitioner.
