The Heart: More Than Just a Pump! Workshop with Christine Jansen, RYT200 and Cardiologist Nurse Practitioner
February is Heart awareness month. Join Christine Jansen, cardiology nurse practitioner and certified yoga teacher, in exploring the anatomy and physiology of the heart alongside the research that has debunked the myth that the heart is merely a pump. This workshop is an invitation to "see" through the lens of the heart. Using a combination of lecture, asana practice and guided meditation, we will bring our perception to our hearts allowing our entire body to operate in harmony and balance with the heart leading the way. All levels of experience are welcome.
